UK TOURNAMENT in ESSEX

Essex Open Dodgeball Tournament is being held on 8th November (Saturday) 1:30-6:00 p.m. at Brentwood Scool Sports Centre, Middleton Hall Lane, Brentwood, Essex CM15 8EE.

JD2 Essex Champions

JD2 were the front runners in a strong East Midlands contingent who travelled South to Essex. The reigning East Midlands Champions defeated their Leicester rivals Leicester City Ligers by 4-3 in a tense final.
JD2 overpowered the ever-improving Derby Seahawks 4-1 in the semi-final; Seahawks taking 3rd place in the tournament. LC Ligers outgunned West Kent Yellow Beavers by 4-1 in their semi as well and Beavers went home empty handed after failing to beat Seahawks for 3rd place.
LC Liger captain Simon Moody won Last Man Standing.

There is a lot of interest in this tournament from teams in London, East Anglia and the East Midlands.
UKDBA is expecting a good mix of new and experienced teams for this event.
