Well I have stumbled on a location where I am going to run my dodgeball team in Barnsley, Its a cadged unused Tenis court all it needs is some lines added Using Tape and its only 1/4 bigger than a conventual dodgeball pitch

Hi to anyone from the Uk, I and some friends have been looking at starting a dodgeball team in east devon. Does anyone have any current info on uk teams or any uk dodgeball association. I have downloaded all the different USA rules and have possibly found a supplier of good quality coated foam dodgeballs in the UK which are 8ins/20cms diameter and can be logo'd with a dodgeball logo if we get enough uk interest. We can now officially announce that the united kingdom dodge ball association is the official governing body for the sport of dodgeball in the u.k.

we would like to invite any other organisations to join us.

We would like to thank Rusty walker from the IDBF for officially sanctioning us and for giving us the chance to champion the sport through out the U.K.

If you are serious about starting a league or a team then please get in touch.

We are also asking people if they would like us to organise taster competitions in their relative areas.

We have all the major points covered.
We have organised insurance cover, a league structure on a local and national scale, all our policies have been compiled and approved,application and membership forms are available,rules and regulations are available, we have even organised a supplier of dodge balls that will be importing them straight into the U.K.

We are also working with the U.K's biggest provider of dodge ball inter dodge ball who are looking for people to become local league organisers.

As per our last mail the first national tournie will be held on 28th October in Kettering, Northants and is open to any teams that wish to participate.

As the governing body for the sport of dodgeball we are now here to help you spread the word about this brilliant sport and we are here to help you with any enquires. The web site will be going live in 2 weeks watch this space for the web address.

we appreciate that the guys at ukdbf are trying to push the sport and we would like to help them and invite them to get involved with u.k.d.b.a so they can offically be sanction.

We have put together the first national dodge ball tournie for teams based in the uk.
the event will run in October and will be open to any team that wishes to take part. The event will be a mixed event with male and female competitors playing on the same team. To enquire contact James via email on james@inter-leisure.co.uk.

Start practising as this will be open to all teams from around the uk and will be 'the' recognised national tournie.

I have 3 team members at the moment in the team i am starting up. We are based in Luton, South Beds.
Though just need a league 2 join, i heard there was one in cambridge.
Can anyone tell me if it is actually going to lift off, otherwise i might think of folding.

i dont think that there are any proper leagues in the uk but lots of people want to start one. id love to be in a league in or around liverpool but i cant find any balls to use if anybody knows where i can get them in merseyside preferably (unless they deliver) please contact me at underscore35@gmail.com and i could easily get 2 teams together to make things more interesting

Hi all, i watched the film Dodgeball last week and today i watched Extreme dodgeball on sky and i thought hmm if my employer helped me set up a team it could my town and my workplace, and maybe by a good game into the uk properly. Although of the has to be more people thinking along the some lines as me which i have found on this site now if people could send me an email at marshall_dark@onetel.com and give and i will see what i can do to help set-up a uk dodgeball league.
