I am trying to start a Northwest UK League

I am trying to start up a league for blackpool, preston, fleetwood and surrounding areas but im struggling to get this off the ground. as i dont know where i should start ive contacted the UKDBA a few times and had no reply so im stumbling getting teams and organisers can anyone help me before i drown completly in the mire and how do i form a league when i need to form a team :S im very confused. and added to which i go to uni in northampton so i nee dto find people who can run it alongside. who lives in lancashire hellllpppp me lol thanks

I've been wearing the rolex submariner blue for a month, and I really like timex watch bands. I can only suggest the obvious. Publicity! Contact the sports dept. at local newspapers, they often like a story with a difference. Try posters, especially in colleges and pubs where younger people go.
I'm sure Amy at Interdodgeball will help. They are starting a league in my town and they have posters and adverts everywhere. If your league is aligned with them and the UKDBA they also sort out public liability insurance for registered teams.
