Open Event Kettering UK

Kettering DodgeBall League is holding an Open Night on Wednesday 20th September 2006, starting at 7:15 pm, at William Knibb Centre's Upstairs Gymnasium, Alfred Street, Kettering, UK. For this event the entry fee is just £1 per player.
The event is open to new players and veteran players alike. Teams will be picked on the night.
KDL is looking to form more teams for its second season, starting in October. New players will have the opportunity to try out dodgeball before they commit to playing for a team.

Open Event Success

Wednesday evening saw 20 rookies try dodgeball for the very first time. There were 7 veteran players as well, so we made up 3 teams of 9 . 2 teams had 7 rookies and 2 veterans and the other had 6 and 3. We played six 5-game matches, mixing up the players after the first 3. We have now got 2 new teams for season two of the Kettring DodgeBall League.
