Hey there, my team is one of oww about 24 teams in new zealand and we are just tring to get an edge above everyone else. i though that as you guys have probably been playing alot longer you may have some more ideas for throwing techn etc im looking for throwning techns that would help a chick that err cant get very good distance.. anything that may improve my throw would be helpful
