Leicester Dodgeball League UK

Leicester Dodgeball League is played on Sundays from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, at Parklands Leisure Centre.
9 weeks into the league, Loughborough Pythons are 2 wins ahead of their closest opposition. There are just 2 weeks to go in the season, so if they win 3 out of their last 4 matches they are guaranteed to top the league.

Final Week

With 4 teams scrapping for 2nd place there were very few matches with nothing to play for. The Observatory played 3 of the 4 teams trying for second place and they really mixed things up by beating The Untouchaballz and Balls of Steel, both in tight 4-3 wins, but they were totally outgunned by Jammy Dodgers in a 7-0 defeat. Jammy Dodgers beat Loose Cannons by 5-1 earler in the evening to stake their claim and when The Untouchaballz and Can't Dodge This tied their match 3-3, Jammy Dodgers were left in the clear to grab the Runner-up position.
Next season starts on 22nd April and there is a warm-up session on 15th April.

PYTHONS WRAP UP THE LEAGUE

Loughborough Pythons reign supreme in the Leicester League, despite losing to Balls of Steel, 2-5, they won their other 3 matches on March 25th and moved into an unassailable lead.
There is now a 4-way scrap to take 2nd place, between Balls of Steel, The Untouchaballz, Jammy Dodgers and Can't Dodge This. All 4 teams are in with a chance in the final week, on 1st April, although The Untouchaballz and Balls of Steel are in the strongest position.
